Are ANY of the MORON lawyers on ANY side in the Texas gerrymander cases capable of understanding —
1/2 votes x 1/2 gerrymander districts = 1/4 CONTROL.
Most of the free world *civilized* nations have P.R. — unlike the DARK AGE U.S.A. gerrymander regime — with its AREA fixations — States, gerrymander districts, etc.
