Laurie Roth, Defeated for Constitution Party Presidential Nomination, May Run as an Independent — No Comments

  1. That would appear to be a colossal waste of time. Unless she has loads of money her ballot access will be very limited.

  2. She was the least impressive of all the candidates at the convention – her command of the English language made several of us in the audience cringe.

  3. #2… why on Earth did Darrell Castle jump in at the last minute? I think had he declared months earlier he would have had a legitimate chance to win the nomination.

  4. The 8th USA Parliament’s presidential debate committee (PDC) would certainly like to work with her this year.

Laurie, if you read this, please call me for details at (415) 686-1996 to find out how to elect your name to our committee.

We need more woman candidates for president, and we look forward to hearing from you.

  5. I don’t believe Laurie Roth even joined the Constitution Party prior to her seeking our nomination – so no wonder she only got 6 votes. At least Alan Keyes joined the CP prior to executing his coup. Political opportunists the both of them.

  6. I think Ms. Roth has some connection to a party in WA State, the Christian Liberty Party (used to be the American Heritage Party). I can’t see her getting on many ballots other than maybe WA?

  7. Deran–I doubt it. The Christian Liberty Party is pretty committed to Non-Interventionism, I believe. She isn’t.

I wonder if CPers have reached out to her to try to bring her in, post-convention. I’ve never heard her speak or met her, nor do I know most of her views, but she has a daily radio show that’s broadcast on like 50 stations in the Northwest.

  8. Laurie Roth is on the California Primary
ballot of June 5, 2012. She is on with both Edward Noonan and Mad Max Rieske. They were the only 3 of the
14 persons that the AIP wanted to be on the ballot of the
primary election that pass muster (of unknown requirements) of California Secretary of State Debra Bowen. It was my view that both Todd Palin and Walter
Nayakik (who were both Alaska Eskimos) by a collective
naturalization act of 1940, effective January 13, 1941
and not the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, were
natural born citizens of the United States, because they
were born in Alaska to parents that were United States
Citizens at their birth and the Eskimo parent or parents
    were also born in Alaska.

Walter Nayakik mother was born on Wrangell Island, Alaska
on April 1, 1924, several hours after that island was purchased by the Lomen Bros. Company of Nome, Alaska.

Walter Nayakik mother was Della Nayakik nee Adams. She
was kidnapped off Wrangell Island, Alaska in August, 1924, and taken to Siberia, by a Soviet Gun Boat.

It was on January 13, 1941 that Della Adams became a United States Citizen, because she was born on Wrangell
Island, Alaska. Wrangell Island was annexed by the United States Government in 1881 and was placed in Alaska
by the action of Major Ezra Clark which Congress approved
in 1884 as part of the first organic act of Alaska. In fact the main river on Wrangell Island (of the Arctic Ocean) was named after Ezra Clark. Even Secrtary of State Charles Evens Hughes on May 13, 1924, informed the
Norway Ambassador to Washington, DC that Della Adams and
her parents were wards of the United States Government,
but not citizens. That message was repeated to the
Goverments of China, Japan, and the United Kingdom in 1925.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Chairman, American Independent Party of California
