U.S. District Court Judge Percy Anderson has canceled the oral argument in California Justice Committee and Constitution Party of California. It had been set for 1:30 p.m. in Los Angeles on May 21. The judge indicated he will rule on the written briefs.

How many alleged FACIAL UN-constitutional cases need any argument ???
Where is that Ultimate nonstop world election law court – meeting 24/7 to write election law opinions – due to the various robot party hack gangs in all regimes ???
This is so typical. I can imagine that this is probably the only news source about these items.
What can se do to make the commercial media cover this?
#3, the Courthouse News Service has covered this lawsuit. That is a California news source for judicial news.
The plan as for now is the American Independent Party of California will hold the Convention for 2012 in Sacramento on August 11, 2012. I note that some people
might want to support Mr. Goode for POTUS. Secretary of State Bowen rejected the AIP request to include the
11 persons rejected from the January 13, 2012 filing as
write-in candidates for the June 5, 2012 AIP primary circa May 17, 2012. Mr. Goode was in the rejection list
for write-in counting by Secretary of State Debra Bowen.
At the present time only three persons are on the ballot
in the AIP June 5, Primary of the AIP, viz., Edward Noonan, Laurie Roth, and Mad Max Rieske. Persons that
are registered in the Constitution Party may vote in either the Democratic Primary or the American Independent Primary. The Democrats give only one choice, viz., Obama. The AIP gives three choices that
past the approval of Secretary of State Debra Bowen, viz.,Noonan, Roth, and Reiske. Elector in the Justice
Party also has the same choice.
