Published on December 27, 2012, by in General.

Fairvote recently published this study of statewide recounts. No statewide recounts were held in 2012. During the period 2000-2012, 99.5% of the time a statewide election was held, no recount occurred. The study includes ballot measures as well as candidate elections.
