Fairvote Study Shows that Statewide Recounts are Rare; None were Held in 2012

Fairvote recently published this study of statewide recounts. No statewide recounts were held in 2012. During the period 2000-2012, 99.5% of the time a statewide election was held, no recount occurred. The study includes ballot measures as well as candidate elections.

  1. Thus — what are the odds for a Prez recount if and when a Prez is directly nominated and elected by ALL of the Voters in the USA ???
