Colorado State Court Rules Counties May Send Mail-Ballots to Inactive Voters

On January 21, a state District Court in Denver, Colorado, ruled that if county election officials wish to send ballots in all-postal local elections to inactive voters, they may do so. The Secretary of State had sued Denver County election officials to force them not to send such ballots, but the court upheld the position of the county. See this story.
