Greenville County Republican Party Files Notice of Appeal in South Carolina Open Primary Case

On September 18, the Greenville County Republican Party filed a notice of appeal in its lawsuit against the South Carolina law that requires it to let non-members vote in the party’s primary. Some of the primaries the party holds are paid for by the party itself.
