Are the Constitution and Independent-American parties competitors in Utah?
Yes.
There is a national Constitution Party and a national Independent American Party. In Nevada the Constitution Party is called the Independent American Party, and in Oregon the Independent American Party is called the Constitution Party. It’s confusing, but yes they are competitors, and while similar in ideology, the IAP is noticeably more moderated in tone and accepting of small-l libertarians.
