South Carolina House Passes Bill for Government to Pay for Presidential Primaries

On March 26, the South Carolina House unanimously passed HB 4732, which says the government should pay for the administration of presidential primaries. Now the bill goes to the Senate. The South Carolina presidential primaries have in recent years been the only primaries for federal or state office that were paid for by the parties. Thanks to Frontloading HQ for the news.

I guess Republicans want just as much government as the Democrats when it comes to spending. why not just eliminate these primaries. it could be done if the States had a pair and would follow through.
