How much election stuff in the USA has been and is being and will be done using the internet ???

i.e. verifying all sorts of petitions – candidates and issues ???
i.e. VOTE counts in REAL elections ???

How many ENEMY hackers, domestic and foreign, are attacking the internet 24/7 ???

How does Oregon manage to survive with ALL PAPER MAIL ballots ???
