Hearing Set for Ohio Libertarian Party Ballot Access Case

U.S. District Court Judge Michael Watson will hold a hearing in Libertarian Party of Ohio v Husted on September 12. This is the case over whether the party’s candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor should be on the November ballot.

  1. Don’t be surprised if the Judge kicks them off. Anything the two party system can do to discourage a 3rd party is part of their game. I’m 70 years of age, and some days my tinnitus drives me crazy, but I’m going to keep fighting this two party oppression as long as I can.
