  1. I guess this was about the biggest win for 3rd parties and Independents for 2014. Hopefully, it will be several years before multi-millionaires are willing to pour their money into another Top Two which election which has the potential of destroying not only 3rd parties and Independents, but of the Two Party System.

  2. I don’t know if it will stop them elsewhere but as an Oregon voter I hope the fact that it has failed twice now by large margins means I’ll stop having to vote on it.

  3. I guess if there were any rare 3rd party or Independent victories among the sweeping results by the GOP, Richard will let us know about them.

It’s hard for us to win. Like a “catch 22.” The Democrats are afraid the Republicans will win, so they vote Democratic. The Republicans are afraid the Democrats will win so they vote Republican.

We can’t win with this kind of thinking by voters.

  4. BIG TIME congratulations to all those that fought back against the beast in Oregon. Well done ! Kevin

  5. The ANTI-Democracy minority rule gerrymander systems continue in ALL 50 States.

Plurality EXTREMIST nominees in about 47 ?? States in robot party hack primaries.

Civil WAR II comes closer — due to the communist Donkeys and fsscist Elephants playing for PERMANENT gerrymander CONTROL.

    NO primaries.
    P.R. and nonpartisan App.V.

  6. Bob Richard:

The money poured into this election by outsiders may have well influence the otherwise liberal voters of Oregon.

Still thankful for this one small but otherwise great victory!
