On December 18, the Michigan legislature passed SB 1167. It repeals laws that ban unregistered circulators, and out-of-state circulators, from working in Michigan. The bill had been introduced on December 4, 2014, and made rapid progress through the legislature. Here is the analysis of all the changes the bill makes. 1. Each State happens to be a sovereign NATION-State.
    1776 DOI last para
    1777 Art. Confed.
    1783 Peace Treaty
1787 Const. Art. I, Sec. 10 and Art. IV and Art. VII.

Hoards of INVADER folks now to be circulating petitions on A to Z subjects ???

  2. A miracle has occurred in Michigan. Now a political party can call on its friends and fellow partisans from neighboring states to help put a fellow partisan on the ballot. Nothing wrong with this even though Demo Rep appears to feel “Hoards of INVADER folks now to be circulating petitions on A to Z subjects ???”

What’s wrong with a neighbor helping a neighbor, Demo Rep?

  3. How many of those out of State circulators will be paid by ANTI-Democracy domestic and even foreign monarchs/oligarchs ???

    — to make the Mich gerrymander oligarchy even worse — if that is possible.

  4. Wouldn’t surprise me to see some from as far away as Peru, Equator, perhaps even the South Pole.

But still, it gives the legitimate candidates the right to call for help from neighboring partisans where they might make a difference.
