Secretaries of State of Alabama, Arkansas and Mississippi Favor Moving Their Presidential Primaries to an Earlier Date

According to this article, the Secretaries of State of Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississippi have indicated that they favor moving their presidential primaries to March 1, 2016.

Under the existing laws in each state, the 2016 presidential primary (and the primary for all other office as well) in Alabama and Mississippi is March 8, and the Arkansas primary is May 24.

Already, Alabama and Arkansas are in court over whether their petition deadlines for either minor parties, or independent candidates, are too early. Since both states key those deadines to the date of their primaries, making the suggested date changes would make the deadlines even more susceptible to court challenge. 1. Its strange how the Secretaries of States of the various states can always be favorable to legislation which positively affects the major parties, but they never have a good word – in most cases – for a third party or even sometimes a Independent candidate.

I’ve often asked the question, why are the major parties so opposed to allowing third parties and Independents (particularly in Alabama)just the simple right to have a tiny portion of the space on the election ballot for or nominees.

I can somewhat understand why a little more might be required of the Independent candidate, but if a third party is organized, i.e.,is registered with the Secretary of State’s office, has a copy of it state executive committee filed, along with a copy of its constitution and by-laws, why is this not enough for them to recognize that we are people just like them with a position on issues which might slightly differ from theirs?

I guess it is all in our “political” or “philosophical” or perhaps more so our “social” background which makes us think the way we do. I’ve never felt comfortable in the company of major party officials, but feel at ease with third party officials.

Does this say something about my self esteem?

  2. Everyone, Keenan Dunham for President [Libertarian] and I, James Ogle [Republican] for President, are united on the Hagenbach-Bischoff method.

Keenan wrote: “Thank you James, I think the Hagenbach-Bischoff Proportional Voting Method is a great way to bring about Political Coalitions. I think we need to find commonalities and get Washington D.C. on a better track to lead the USA. Thank you!”.

That is the basis for the unifying voting system using paper ballots. If you’d like to see unity with the 100% then please contact him and me. We’re working with a united team in 2015 and 2016.

We’re able to unite with the 100% and by doing this we’ll be in the White House in 2016 (inauguration day in 2017).

This is something that deserves your attention and although the unity of the 100% is new, this is a phenomena that we the people deserve.

Many people have adopted parts but they didn’t get the unity which is the juice. For example; Google (the name derived from my initials Joogle in 1997)*, facebooks “Like #1” may have derived from this and even Occupy Wall Street derived our algorithm. All are done incorrectly but Keenan and I are at one with the math.

*The USA Parliament started on August 6th 1995 and Google started three years later when they discovered us, the changed their name from backrub to google in October of 1997.

    The 100-member committee is an election among many and the first 100 garnering 1/101ths (plus one vote) = 1/101 (or .99%) + 1 vote = 100 x .99% (+ 1 vote) = 99% (plus 100 votes).

You see, Occupy 99% used the division psychology 99% vs 1% because they didn’t understand. We’re actually 100 names elected with .99% (plus one vote each), the 100th name is elected and the 101st, 102nd, 103rd, etc. etc., names are actually consecutively ranked names as back-ups. So we’re for the unity of the whole and not 99% against 1%.

Keenan and I, plus many people understand this, but most political enthusiasts do not, and they think you get power by fighting (i.e. bad publicity is good publicity).

But we’re a new concept where working together and unity gives you power and good publicity is better publicity.

  3. At age 32, Kennan Dunham is constitutionally ineligible to serve as President. Consequently, if he gets on any ballots any votes which he might receive would be truly wasted votes.

  4. Wasted only in theory, Gene. Votes cast are expressions of opinion, even if the recipient is not legally eligible to receive them.

If in 2016, some 75,000,000 votes were cast for a person running for President who was only 32 years of age, the statement would still be recorded for historical purposes, even if the votes are invalid.

And remember, votes cast for President, are actually cast for his/her electors.

  5. The robot hack MONSTER Donkey or Elephant nominees are being chosen by about 10-15 percent of ALL Voters.

The E.C. is one giant EVIL gerrymander time bomb — waiting to go off again as in 1860.
Count the about 750,000 DEAD Americans on both sides in 1861-1865.

    NO primaries. NO Electoral College.

P.R. and nonpartisan App.V. — before Civil WAR II happens due to the gerrymander MONSTERS from Hell.

  6. I am 33 years old right now, my birthday is actually on July 16th, 1981 so Yes, I will be 35 by November 8th, 2016. 7. Keenan:
