Montana Bill for All-Mail Balloting Withdrawn

Montana Representative Geraldine Custer has withdrawn HB 70, her bill to establish all postal voting for Montana. The bill had the support of Secretary of State Linda McCulloch, but Representative Custer and Secretary of State McCulloch determined that the bill would not pass, so it was withdrawn. Thanks to Mike Fellows for this news. The states that send a ballot in the postal mail to all voters are Oregon, Washington, and Colorado.

  1. I’m surprised the MT SOS didn’t have have the hearing and let the committee decide. The Montana Legislature will have around 600 introduced bills and over have over 1000 bill drafts for 150 legislators and agencies.

  2. How many MILES does the average voter in MT have to go to vote at a frozen polling place in Nov ???

Are the 3 all mail ballot States any more or less corrupt than the other 47 States ???
